中文摘要 | 植物化學分類,即利用化學標記(chemical markers)所進行之植物分類,目前已成為分類程序上的重要項目。植物體中的二次代謝產物類黃酮(flavonoids)具豐富的結構歧異度、良好的生理穩定性、分布廣泛及鑑定簡單快速等特性,有作為化學標記之優越性。目前,已廣泛地被應用於園藝作物分類。首先,類黃酮可有效且完整地描述品種之特性,幫助新的園藝栽培品種於專利權上得到更完善的保護;其次,能為植物雜交種識別及其父母本起源之追蹤,提供有效的資訊;最後,對於某些尚不確定的分類問題之校正,亦有極大的貢獻。 |
英文摘要 | Plant chemotaxonomy means the application of chemical markers for plant taxonomy and it has became an important procedure in taxonomy. Flavonoids, the secondary metabolite in plant, have the following characters to be a good chemical marker: rich structure variability, nice physiological stability, widespread distribution and easy and rapid identification. The compounds that are applied wildly as a chemical marker in horticultural corps taxonomy. Now they have won a place for cultivars discrimination, where they can keep the characters of cultivars more perfect to help a new horticulture cultivar to get a better IPR. Moreover, they have also been an important aid in the recognition of hybrid plants and the documentation of their parental origin. Furthermore, they have also used to revise the taxonomic problems where the critical biological data are ambiguous or contradictious. |
