中文摘要 | 善用人力資源是提升企業競爭力的重要途徑,高科技公司的員工更因為擁有高價值之智慧資本而成為公司策略性資源,而在組織中優質領導是充分發揮人力資源之關鍵因素。本研究針對高科技公司領導之議題,嘗試建構轉換型領導之前因模式,探討轉換型領導、企業文化及組織特性等變項之關著性,以提升高科技公司之管理效能。 本研究以新竹科學園區從業員工為實證對象,運用立意抽樣方式,針對63家高科技公司進行調查,共計回收46家公司之問內,其中有效問卷為354份。研究發現企業文化與組織特性確實與員工對轉換型領導行為的知覺具有關聯性。 |
英文摘要 | This study examines with an empirical analysis on transformational leadership in high-tech industries. After reviewing the literature on transformational leadership, this study looks at the correlations of transformational leadership respectively with corporate culture and organizational characteristics. Based on the result of statistical analysis on 354 questionnaires filled in by employees from 46 companies primarily in computer industries, communication and consumer electronics industries, the findings were obtained: (1) Employees in high-tech companies are more susceptible to transformational leadership. (2) Satisfaction culture correlates positively with transformational leadership, whereas the correlation coefficient between security culture and transformational leadership isn’t significant. Therefore transformational leadership is more likely to emerge in companies seeking to satisfy higher level needs. (3) The higher degree of centralization and formalization the organization is, the lower degree of transformational leadership emerges. Therefore, organic structures are more likely to foster transformational leadership. |
