中文摘要 | 本描述性研究乃針對171位某護專學生在精神料護理臨床實習時進行二次成長團體,目的為透過團體關注議題和團體治療因素之探討,以暸解學生自我狀況以及成長團體對己助益的效果。參考團體進行議題和團體治療因素評量表自評結果,分別予以團體議題質化的內容分析和量化的描述性統計。結果顯示成長團體議題呈現最多的為自我概念與評價(佔67%),其次是人際關係(佔22%)與家庭相處(佔11%);發現越少出現的議題,例如:親子互動,學生在團體中有較強烈的情緒表達。團體治療因素量表結果顯示學生評估成長團體效能前三名為內省性人際關條、存在因素和指導作用,而最低者為家庭氣氛再現。本研究利用臨床實習機會加入提供成長團體方式協助學生自我暸解與成長,希望能夠作為推動初級心理衛生和教訓輔三合一政策的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The study was designed to understand the stages of self-growth of the students and the effectiveness of the encounter group. Researchers were using participant observation along with self-growth forrn evaluation scale and scores from 171 students of psychiatric clinics of Chang-Gung Institute Technology. The observation showed that the subjects were concemed about self-concept and self-evaluation the most and interpersonal and family relationships the second. Less mentioned issues in the group involved more emotional expressions, such as parenting interaction. The result of the evaluation showed significance in interpersonal leaming-input, existential factors, guidance and at least family reenactment. While the significance in positive relationships was found, the finding has much value for people assisting juveniles to get through the period and to understand themselves more. |
