中文摘要 | 根據研究指出,大腦的學習記憶是膽鹼素系統有關,在人類、這些膽鹼素神經原正是源起于邁樂氏基底核,膽鹼素系統能否正常運作與這些基底核細胞的健康息息相關,由於時代醫藥衛生的進步,人類的壽命獲得顯著延長,人口老化的現象也越來越顯著,尤其是關於大腦記憶系統的退化疾病,也有越來越多的趨勢,因此,如何設法選取出對於增進大腦記憶有關的中藥,是當務之急也。本研究共分成7天與21天兩大組,每一大組分成三個小組:(一)對照組為給予水,(二)遠志組:其劑量為分別為0.29/kg、19/kg、29/kg,(三)炙遠志組:其劑量為分別為0.29/kg、19/kg、29/kg;每一小組於給藥前與給藥後分別進行爬籠子試驗、轉頭試驗以及被動防禦試驗,評估餵藥前後老鼠行為模式與被動試驗改善情況,比較其遠志與炙遠志改善大鼠學習能力的效果。根據本實驗的結果,初步發現遠志與炙遠志對大鼠行為學習能力之增進有一定的程度,增進的明顯度則與其給予劑量和給藥期間呈依賴性趨勢,給予劑量越高、給藥時問越長、越能增進大鼠的行為能力表現,而且炙遠志對大鼠學習能力增進的效果比起遠志來得好。 |
英文摘要 | According to medical literature, the ability to learn is related on the cholinergic nervous system. In human beings, this cholinergic nervous system originates from the nucleus basalis of Ieynert (NBM). The ability to learn well is dependent on the health of the NBM. With greater advances in medical science human longevity is becoming longer. Elderly people seeing ages higher than they have ever seen before. As people grow old, the learning and memory function of brain becomes degenerative. Therefore, finding an effective Chinese herb to prevent brain degenerative disease is crucial. This study was divided into two groups, one group being a 7-day period and the other being a 21-day period. Each group was divided into 3 subgroups:Subgroupl: used only water, Subgroup2: used yuanzhi in different dosages (0.2 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg, 2 g/kg), Subgroup3: used stir-baked yuanzhi, in different dosages (0.2 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg, 2 g/kg). The climbing test, turning around test and passive avoidance test were evaluated before and after administering yuanzhi. This evidence demonstrates that yuanzhi improves the behavior and memory functions in SD rats. The higher dosage or the longer it is administered, the more obvious the effects of improvement become. Furthermore, stir-baked yuanzhi has a greater effect on learning and memory than non-stir-baked yuanzhi. |
