中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討大學校院餐旅管理系統學生生涯自我效能與生涯阻礙之關係,本研究係以臺灣地區大學及技職校院設有餐旅相關學系之應屆畢業生為研究對象,母群共470人,採立意取樣,共發出400分問卷,回收有效樣本數為204分。以描述性統計、t檢、單因子檢定及皮爾森積差相關進行統計。研究結果發現:一、大學校院餐旅管理系學生生涯自我效能及生涯阻礙程度為「尚可」。二、大學校院餐旅管理系男女大學生在生涯自我效能及生涯阻礙整體層面未達到顯著差異,然在生涯阻礙「資訊探索」中,女學生高於男生。三、不同學校類別之大學生在生涯我效能及生涯阻礙整體層面無顯著差異,但在生涯阻礙的「資訊探索」及「方向選擇」構面上,技術學院及科技大學所知覺到的阻礙高於一般大學的學生。四、公私立學校之餐旅管理系學生生涯自我效能及生涯阻礙整體層面無顯著差異,但在生涯阻礙「資訊探索」中,公立學校所知覺到的阻礙高於私立學校學生。五、不同工作經驗的餐旅管理系學生在生涯自我效能整體層面上無顯著差異,但在「自我了解與評估」項目上,正式受薪工作較正式受薪工讀及無工作經驗者生涯自我效能高;在生涯阻礙整體層面上無顯著差異,但在「猶豫行動」正式受薪工作及正式受薪工讀所知覺到的阻礙高於無工作經驗者,另外,在「學習困擾」正式受薪工讀者所知覺到的阻礙高於無工作經驗者。大學校院餐旅管理系學生的生涯自我效能與生涯阻礙間有顯著的負相關。本研究提供大學校院餐旅管理系有關單位在生涯輔導時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the career self-efficacy and career barriers of undergraduates in the department of hotel and restaurant management. The subjects were the 4th grade students of the hotel and restaurant management department from 9 universities in Taiwan. 204 valid samples were collected the data analysis used descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The principle findings of this research were as follows: 1. The levels of career self-efficacy and career barriers of students were middle levels. 2. There were no significant differences in career self-efficacy for the variables of sex, public/private school, vocational college/general university, and work experiences. 3. There were no significant differences in career barriers the variables of sex, public/private school, vocational college/general university, and work experiences, 4. There were negatively correlations between career self-efficacy and career barriers. According results of the study, several suggestions were provided for the career education and father researches. |
