中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討美容相關系科大四學生生涯自我效能與生涯成熟、生涯阻礙之關係,本研究係以臺灣地區大學及技職校院設有限容相關學系之應屆畢業生為研究對象,採立意取樣,共發出515份問卷,回收有效樣本數為338份。以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子檢定及典型相關進行統計。研究結果發現:(一)美容科大四學生的生涯自我效能,並不會因工作經驗之不同而有所差異。(二)美容科大四學生的生涯成熟,會因工作經驗之不同而有差異。(三)美容科大四學生的生涯阻礙,會因工作經驗之不同而有所差異。(四)美容科大四學生之生涯自我效能越高,其生涯成熟程度越高。(五)美容科大四學生之生涯自我效能愈高,其所知覺之生涯阻礙越低。(六)美容科大四學生之生涯成熟度愈高。其所知覺之生涯阻礙愈低。本研究結果提供大學校院美容相關科系有關單位在生涯輔導時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, there were many colleges established new departments related beautification by the rapidly growing of beauty and cosmetic industry in Taiwan. The main purpose of the research was to investigate the relationship between the career self-efficacy and career barriers; 6. There were negatively correlations between career self-efficacy, career maturity and career barriers of the senior in the related departments of beautification. The method used for data collection was questionnaire survey. The subjects were the 4th grade students from 4 colleges in Taiwan. 338 valid samples were collected. The data analysis used descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and canonical correlation. The principle findings of this research were as follows: 1. There was no significant difference in career self-efficacy for the variable of work experiences; 2. There was significant difference in career maturity for the variable of work experiences; 3. There was significant difference in career barriers for the variable of work experiences; 4. There was positive correlation between career self-efficacy and career maturity; 5. There was negatively correlations between career maturity and career barriers. Based on the research findings, several suggestions were provided for the students and educators of concerning departments in school, and for further research. |
