中文摘要 | 本研究分別於θ→α-Al₂O₃相轉換及α-Al₂O₃晶粒成長的過程中添加NaCl、Kcl或KBr鹵鹽,由不同鹵鹽在θ→α-Al₂O₃成核成長過程中對θ-Al₂O₃粒徑成長之限制,明顯延遲了θ至α-氧化鋁相轉換的時間。過程中藉由不同熱處理時間之相轉換進行程度與粒徑變化的觀察,得以有效控制θ→α-Al₂O₃成核成長過程中θ-Al₂O₃相轉換晶徑及α-Al₂O₃的指狀成長,進而可望製得奈米級α-Al₂O₃之陶瓷粉末。 過程中藉助於XRD的相鑑定和θ→α-Al₂O₃相轉換過程之DTA的熱差分析及其XRD之Scherrer formula結晶粒徑的計算、微粒粒徑分析儀(Malvern Zetasizer 3000HS)的分析與SEM晶粒粒徑量測的關係,避免了不當之θ及α-Al₂O₃的成長。 |
英文摘要 | By the effect of haloids additives limited the abnormal growth on particle size of θ to α-Al₂O₃ phase transformation. However, the areas are influenced mainly by α-Al₂O₃ precursor and the phase transformation on time of θ to α-Al₂O₃ is considered to hold through a haloid additives process. The nano size alumina powder was be made successfully. In this paper thermal behaviors of the process as performed by the differential thermal analysis (DTA) are examined in relation to size variations of θ and α-Al₂O₃ crystallites (Scherrer formula of XRD) during the transformation. Scanning electronic microgram techniques are also employed to examine the description. |
