中文摘要 | 實驗採用電解式線上削銳研磨 (ElectrOlytic In-process Dressing,簡稱 ELID)及傳統研磨法,使用兩種磨粒粒徑(325或2000mesh)及兩種結合劑之鑽石砂 輪,以不同之輪磨程序、進刀量及砂輪線速度,輪磨加工高純度氧化鋁試樣之抗 張力表面,然後施以四點彎曲測試法,求得其破壞強度。另以SEN觀察研磨加工 面微結構,採用表面粗度儀及微硬度儀,量測研磨面之性質。此外,有關氧化鋁 在不同研磨方法下,表面加工對緻密氧化鋁破壞強度之影響,在本文中亦將一併 探討。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, Electrolytic In-process Dressing (ELID) grinding and tranditional grindingmethod were used to grind the tensile surfaces of the bending bars made of high purity alumina. Various grinding procedures, including cutting depth, linear velocity of the wheels which consisted of various grit sizes (325 mesh or 2000mesh) and binding alloys were tested on the bend bars. Flexural strength of the test bars with different grinding conditions were obtained by astandard 4-point bending method. Surface properties including microstructure, surface roughness and hardness were analyzed by using SEM, surface roughness tester and indentation technique, respectively. Effects of surface machining with various grinding conditions were discussed. |
