中文摘要 | 澆鑄低碳鋁脫氧鋼時,氧化鋁沉積所造成之流鋼嘴內部堵塞一直是困擾連鑄作 業之主要問題。當流鋼嘴堵塞時,除了會造成模內鋼液偏流,影響模液面之穩定外; 嚴重時,連續鑄造作業甚至會被迫提前停鑄,從而影響生產。煉鋼廠大鋼胚連鑄工場 一年來特針對流鋼嘴堵塞機構及改善對策進行研究,以期在長連鑄下依然能產出高品 質鑄胚。經由分析發生堵塞之流鋼嘴型態及其原因,並由現場實驗,證實透過使用適 當設計之通氣式上部流鋼嘴及加強浸入式流鋼嘴套接端氣密性,可以有效改善現有之 流鋼嘴堵塞問題。 |
英文摘要 | Alumina buildup on the inner wall of tundish nozzle is the main problem for casting low carbon aluminum killed steel. It not only creates bifurcate flow of molten steel in the mold leading to serious mold level fluctuation but also results in premature termination of a cast impacting productivity. The prevention of alumina buildup is thus an important research topic. CSC's bloom casting shop has devoted to improve clogging performance for the past one year to enable mass-production of high quality steel through long sequence casting. Under a indepth investigation of clogged nozzles and conducting series plant trials, we have learned that nozzle clogging performance can be improved by properly designed gas nozzle and good sealing practice at the joint part of submerged nozzle. |
