中文摘要 | 本試驗利用米糠與接種囊叢枝菌根菌、溶磷細菌及游離性固氮細菌, 期能幫助文旦柚苗在含石灰質的鹼性栽培介質中吸收養分及增加作物之生長速 度。試驗結果顯示,在鹼性栽培介質中若未添加米糠則苦柚的生長停滯。在這種 鹼性介質下,單獨接種菌根菌並不能改善植株的生長。添加米糠可促進苦柚之生 長,使苦柚之株高、葉數與總葉面積皆明顯增加。而添加米糠後再複合接種菌根 菌、溶磷細菌與游離性固氮細菌,或添加米糠後再複合接種菌根菌與游離性固氮 細菌,可使苦柚生長勢更好,且使嫁接後生長一年的文旦柚之地上部乾重明顯增 加,分別為只添加米糠處理者之2.0倍及2.2倍,在文旦柚葉片氮、磷總吸收量 方面亦明顯比只添加米糠處理者大。在偏鹼、低有機質含量與低磷的栽培介質 中,添加米糠並複合接種菌根菌與游離性固氮細菌,或添加米糠並複合接種菌根 菌、溶磷細菌與游離性固氮細菌,這兩個處理皆可促進苦柚與文旦柚苗之生長。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose to design this experiment was to evaluate the inoculation effect of VA mycorrhizal fungi (VAMF), phosphate-solubilizing (PSB) and free-living nitrogen-fixing (NFB) bacteria, and the amendment of rice bran on the growth of Citrus maxima and wentan pomelo in calcareous medium. The results indicated that without amendment of rice bran did wentan pomelo stock stunt. However, inoculation of VA mycorrhizal fungus solely did not enhance plant growth. Amendment of rice bran could highly improve the growth of wentan pomelo stock. An incorporated use of rice bran and microbial inoculation (VAMF and other bacteria) showed synergistic effect. The biomass of wentan pomelo, which had been grafted for one year and treated with rice bran and other microbial inoculants in the growth medium was two times as much as that of plants treated by rice bran only. Among these microbial treatments, the leaf N and P of wentan pomelo were significantly higher than those treated by rice bran only. A triple inoculation of VAMF, PSB and NFB or a dual inoculation of VAMF and NFB, and an incorporated amendment with rice bran could significantly promote the growth of Citrus maxima and wentan pomelo especially in alkaline medium with low organic matter and phosphorus. |
