中文摘要 | Peter M. Senge曾指出:「學習型組織係生命真諦的體會」。由此可知,學習型組織不僅重視學習生存的方法,更重視認識自己所處的世界、學習暸解自我以及學習超越自我。因此,除了近視因應生存競爭的現實需求外,我們更應該洞察並改善學習型組織最根本且深遠的價值─靈性層面。如此,才能激發組織成員全心投入,在工作中活出生命的意義,以實現共同的生命願景。有鑑於國內以「靈性」為議題的相關研究並不多見,因此,筆者彙整國內外相關文獻之後,首先介紹靈性的定義與內涵。再者,探析學習型組織理論的靈性內涵,並將之應用在學校情境中,說明「靈性」對於學習型學校發展的啟示與應用。 |
英文摘要 | Peter M. Senge once said: "Learning organizations are a once in a life time experience". Therefore, we know that learning organizations do not only emphasize survival skills, but they also emphasize the world we live in, instruct us to understand ourselves, and teach us to aim beyond our limits. So, other than the necessary survival skills we need in order to compete in the real world, we must also observe and the improve most basic and detailed values of learning organizations. Hence, we can motivate organization members to live beyond the understanding of a career, allowing us to accomplish similar goals in live. On a national scale, we seldom see research topics that involve "spirituality", which is why, after organizing related topics, local authors introduce first the meanings and importance of spirituality. In addition, we apply the results of researches, in the fields that relate to the significance of learning organizations spirituality, into schools, describing and applying the development of spirituality. And hopefully, propose a solution. |
