中文摘要 | 在東亞地區,社會科學引文索引(SSCI)已然變成學術卓越的重要指標。本文旨在討論課程領域中名列SSCI的兩本重要期刊,分別是《課程探究》(Curriculum Inquiry)季刊與《課程研究》(Journal of curriculum Studies)雙月刊。第一部分,作者對於這兩份期刊的背景資料與屬性做一簡要介紹:《課程探究》季刊一年出版四期,由加拿大多倫多大學安大略教育研究所主編:《課程研究》(Journal of curriculum Studies)雙月刊一年出版六期,由伊利諾大學香檳校區的課程與教學系主催,兩份期刊都依循嚴謹的同儕審查流程。第二部分,作者檢視了近三年(2003-2005)中的研究論文與重要議題。概略言之,兩份期刊都以登載原創性、有參考價值、對課程研究領域有所貢獻議題。概略言之,兩份期刊都以登載原創性、有參考價值、對課程研究領域有所貢獻的文章為導向,諸如課程的歷史回顧、哲學分析、國際比較、政策觀察等文類都在蒐羅範圍;而相關的教學理論、師資培育與發展、評量與評鑑、學校教育省思等主題也在收受之列。最後,針對觀察所得的問題、趨勢與可能發展,作者提出檢視這兩份期刊之後的結論與對我國之建議。 |
英文摘要 | In Eastern Asia region, Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) has become an important indicator for academic excellence. This essay aims at discussing two curriculum journals in SSCI, including Curriculum Inquiry and Journal of Curriculum studies in recent years. Firstly, the author makes a brief description to figure out the characteristics of the two journals. The “Curriculum Inquiry” is published quarterly, which is held by Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto, Canada; the “Journal of Curriculum & Studies” is published bimonthly which is held by Department of Curriculum & Instruction, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Both of them are subject to a peer-review process. Secondly, hot issues, research articles, and citation reports are reviewed. in general, the tow journals publish original, referential contributions on all aspects of curriculum studies, including those derived form historical, philosophical, comparative and policy-related investigations. Pedagogic theory, teacher education and development, assessment and evaluation, and present state of schooling are also included. Lastly, suggestions and further studies are proposed as references. After the discussing the research developments, trends and problems, the author proposes some suggestions for conclusion. |
