中文摘要 | 本計畫選擇小青龍湯等八種含細辛之中藥製劑,建立其高效液相 層析法,以用於市售製劑中馬兜鈴酸之鑑別。經實驗結果顯示,八種處方使用C-18 之層析管,以0.05mol/L NaH2PO4(H3PO4 2mL):CH3CN = 65:35 及0.05mol/L NaH2PO4 (H3PO4 2mL):MeOH:CH3CN = 55:10:35 二種移動相,其分離效果良好。檢量線之相關係數均為0.999以上,而aristolochic acid I 在儀器之最低檢出量及製劑中之最低檢出量分別為3.742 ng 及3.792 ng,八個處方之添加回收率則介於95.5% ~ 107.8%之間。 |
英文摘要 | A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the identification of aristolochic acid in traditional Chinese medicinal prescritions containing Asiasarum heterotropoides was established. The prescription included Sheau-Qing-Long-Tang (小青龍湯)、Chuan-Chyong-Char-Tyau-Saan (川芎茶調散)、Dwu-Hwo-Jih-Sheng-Tang (獨活寄生湯)、Jeou-Wey-Chiang-Hwo-Tang (九味羌活湯)、Ma-Hwang-Fuh-Tzyy-Shih-Shin-Tang (麻黃附子細辛湯)、Ching-Shang-Jiuan-Tong-Tang (清上蠲痛湯)、Dah-Chyn-Chyou-Tang (大秦艽湯) and Yeh-Gan-Ma-Hwang-Tang (射干麻黃湯)。The samples were analyzed using the HPLC method on a Ace 3C18 column and were detected at 400nm with 0.05mol/L Sodium Biphosphate(2mL Phosphoric acid) and acetonitrile(65:35), 0.05mol/L Sodium Biphosphate (2mL Phosphoric acid) and methanol and acetonitrile (55:10:35) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min。The linear coefficient of regression equation of all weremore than 0.999,the detection limit of Aristolochic acid I for instrument and samples were 3.742 ng and 3.792 ng respectively,the recoveries of eight samples were 95.5% ~ 07.8%。 |
