中文摘要 | 為管制市售中藥藥酒品質,本計畫選擇中藥藥酒基準方之五加皮藥酒等8種處方,應用高效液相層析法,建立處方藥材中指標成分之鑑別及含量測定方法。經實驗結果顯示,8種處方均使用C-18之層析管,以0.03∼0.1%磷酸溶液與乙腈溶媒不同比例梯度沖提,其分離效果良好。各方法檢量線之相關係數均在0.9990以上,而添加回收率則介於93.2∼114.5%之間,另各指標成分亦探討其最低檢測濃度及最低定量濃度。 |
英文摘要 | High performance liquid chromatography method was employed to determine target compounds in herbal wine. These compounds included 6-gingerol, osthole, tanshinone IIA, glycyrrhizin, liquiritin, cinnamic acid, ferulic acid, paeoniflorin, gentiopicroside, cinnamic aldehyde, schizandrin and loganin. Each of them was from eight different formulations of herbal wine. Separations were effected using a C18 column by gradient elution with different ratio of (0.03∼0.1%) phosphoric acid and acetonitrile. The linear coefficients of regression equations were all above 0.9990 with the recoveries of eight samples of 93.2∼114.5%. The limitations of quantitation and detection were also reported. |
