中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在了解國小社會領域教師運用社區教學資源的現況。為達到研究目的,乃採取問卷調查的方法,以高屏地區國民小學社會領域教師為研究對象,調查樣本採取分層抽樣之方式,以高高屏三縣市學校比例數加以隨機抽樣,選出82所學校作為研究對象;共計發出問卷698份,回收602份,有效問卷為511份,整體可用率73.2%。本研究之資料分析採用t檢定、單因子變異數分析(One-Way ANOVA)、次數百分比等統計方法。 本研究主要的研究結論如下: 一、國小社會領域教師認為社區資源的教育價值,以「使教學內容多元化」為最重要。 二、國小社會領域教師在教學上運用社區「人力資源」中,最常使用的依序為「家長」、「退休教師」、「具特殊才能者」。 三、國小社會領域教師在教學上運用社區「物力資源」中,常使用的依序為「古蹟文物」、「自然環境」、「公共設施」。 四、國小社會領域教師在教學上運用社區「組織資源」中,最常使用的依序為「政府機關」、「社區發展協會」、「地方文史工作室」。 五、運用社區教學資源,來自於學校與教師方面之最大困難依序為:「教師擔心學生安全」、「教師工作繁重」、「運用資源在安排上費時、費事」。 六、國小社會領域教師運用社區資源的策略依序為:學校應與社區建立良好關係、蒐集開發社區資源,並建立檔案、學校應舉辦相關研習,培養教師運用社區資源能力。 最後,依據研究結論,提出相關建議以供學校及國小社會領域教師教學之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this research is to investigate the utilization of community teaching resources by elementary social studies teachers in Kaushiung and Pingtung area. This research applies survey to collect data. The subjects for the survey are 511 social studies teachers. The self-designed questionnaire includes the recognition, kind, demand range, difficulties, strategies and influential factors involved in the use of teaching resources. The data of the research is analyzed by using the statistical methods of t test, One- Way ANOVA , and frequency percentage. The main conclusions of the research are as follow: 1. The recognition towards the community resources which grades highest is to expand the contents of the curriculum. 2. Among these manpower resources, three kinds teachers utilize more frequently are parent, retired teachers, and someone who haves a special talent. 3. Among these matter resources, three kinds teachers utilize more frequently are ancient remains, natural environment, and public equipment. 4. Among these organization resources, three kinds teachers utilize more frequently are government, community developmental organization, and local culture studio. 5. From the aspect of schools and teachers, the most difficult factor is that the teachers worry about the safety of students, the load of teacher’s job and the difficulty of arrangement. 6. The most available strategies that the teachers can use to utilize the community resources is to construct a good relationship for school and community, collect community resources, establish files, hold related activities and develop teacher’s ability of using community resources. Based on the result of the above-mentioned research, I’d like to submit the suggestions for the school, and social studies teachers. |
