中文摘要 | 本研究主要是在複合紡絲機上,以一段製程,使用芯鞘型斷面紡製全延伸絲,芯成份為聚酯,鞘成份為耐隆,選擇不用的GR1 (Godet 1)速度、溫度,GR2 (Godet 2)速度、溫度以及組份比例改變等,探討對物性的影響。此種紗因具有極佳的尺寸安定性,因此很適合使用在高速印刷用的標籤塗布,本文中將對SDY(Spin Draw Yarn)製程,長時間運轉後對纖維物性的變化加以探討。 |
英文摘要 | In order to get an excellent yarn with size stability, we use sheath core type spinneret to spin full orientation yarn in one step process. The core component is polyester and sheath component is nylon in different portion. Fiber properties could be effected by change the speed and temperature of GRl and GR2. The constitution is also considered with different portion. The yarn is best fit in high speed printing process for indicator label fabric. In this study, we will discuss the influence of fiber physic properties with different spinning parameter. |
