中文摘要 | 奈米氧化鋅是具有抗紫外線、抗菌等功能。本研究將300.500和1000ppm不同濃度的奈米氧化鋅母粒添加於聚酯中,以複合紡絲方式,製成機能性纖維。評估不同奈米氧化鋅濃度的原絲紡絲性能,測試纖維物性和加工性質以及其抗菌性能。由結果可知添奈米氧化鋅的聚酯纖維,調整紡絲溫度由288℃到285℃後具有較良好的操作性和加工性。奈米氧化鋅濃度1000ppm的要在聚酯加工紗強度為3.52cN/dtex•伸度28.8%,沸水收縮率2.58%。並且對金黃色葡萄球菌和肺炎桿菌具有抗菌性和抗徽菌的效果。 |
英文摘要 | Nano zinc oxide is a multifunction material with ultraviolet cutting and anti-bacterial. In this study, we add nano zinc oxide with 300, 500, 1000ppm master batch to polyester to make functional fiber by bi-component spinning. We also test the spinning process, fiber properties and anti-bacterial effect. From the results, when spinning temperature is changed from 288°C to 285℃, polyester with nano zinc oxide is workable and easy to process. The tenacity and elongation of textured yam with 1000ppm nano zinc oxide are 3.52cN/dtex and 28.8%. The boiling shrinkage is 2.58%. The fiber is both against St. aureaus, Kl. Pnoumoniae and antibacterial activity. |
