中文摘要 | 本研究主要是在三成份複合紡絲機上,使用車輪型斷面紡製半延伸絲及全延伸絲,芯成份使用高收縮聚酯,而島成份使用半光聚酯,海成份用易溶除聚酯,比例為40/30/30;此種紗在海成份溶除後,因芯、島成份收縮的差異及細度的不同,織物會呈現極佳的垂墜性及優質的手感,本文將對不同條件下紡織此種三成份複合絲的紡絲性及紗物性變化加以探討。 |
英文摘要 | In order to get an excellent drapability and handtouch, we use island in sea with core type spinneret to spin partial orientation yam and full orientation yam in one step process. The core and island constituents are highly shrinkage polyester and semidull polyester. Easy soluble polyester in alkali solution as sea constituents were used in this study. The portion of Core, island and seaports in a fiber is 40/30/30. The shrinkage and fineness between core and island are different after dissolving sea portion. This will cause the fabric shows excellent drapability and handtouch. In this study, we will discuss the influence of fiber physic properties and spinnability with different spinning parameter. |
