中文摘要 | 本文以進化規劃法(Evolutionary Programming, EP)來進行電力系統之最佳經濟調度(Economic Dispatch, ED);使得電力系統運轉成本能降至最低。本文以臺灣電力公司之大型實際系統(Tai-Power System)為例,以EP進行最佳經濟調度,以證實本文所提方法之發展潛力與實用價值。實證結果證明進化規劃法之最佳化技巧,確實能在短時間內就能求得令人滿意的收斂值,是解決經濟調度問題的有效方法。 |
英文摘要 | This paper adopted the Evolutionary Programming (EP) approach to optiomal economic dispatch (ED) in order to reduce the total operation cost of power systems. In this paper, we used a large-scale practical power system, Taiwan Power System (Tai-Power system) as example approach to the optimal ED by EP, to indicate its high potential and practical values. From the test results, it can be found that the evolutionary programming is the most effective technique to solve the economic dispatch problem. |
