中文摘要 | 此乃研究者執行九十一年度國科會專案研究之後續論文發表,目的在敘述九年一貫「藝術與人文」學習領域教育實習之實施概況,並針對八個研究問題提出研究結果。問卷調查法採普查的方式,以三所師大與九所師院(含嘉義大學)設有「音樂」、「美術」相關師資培育學系之實習教師,與其實習輔導教師、實習指導教授為研究對象。其中兩個問題之研究結果如下:(一)實習教師、實習輔導教師、實習指導教授三方均肯定實習整體經驗對教學實務相關議題有所助益,較大的分歧出現在對培養班級經營技巧、注意教育現況與問題兩點的看法上。實習輔導教師被認為在提升實習教師的教學與級務實習經驗上,扮演最重要的角色。(二)在九年一貫「藝術與人文」譴程之教學實習上,實習教師、實習輔導教師、實習指導教授三方認為沒有問題的比例都甚低。三方都表示課程統整問題、專業素養問題與行政問題為實習教師在藝術與人文教學實習上所遭遇之較大問題。 |
英文摘要 | This paper reports outcomes of the researcher’s NSC project, and aims at the investigation of the practicum implementation status in the Arts and Humanities domain with eight study questions to be answered. Questionnaire surveys were distributed to student teachers, as well as their mentor teachers and supervising professors of the “Music-” and “Fine Art-” related departments at the three Normal Universities and nine Teachers Colleges. The obtained results of two research questions indicated the following points: (a)The triangular situation of student teachers, mentor teachers and supervising professors agreeable supported the value of instructing related issues; disagreement was found, however, on the issue of student teachers’ “classroom-managing skills” and “attention to the education status and problems.” In students teachers’ opinions, the daily supervision of the mentor teachers was most helpful and crucial; and (b)as to their opinion about whether “Arts and Huamanities” domain curriculum caused any problem, the three sides all expressed their concern. The most frequently cited problems included “the curriculum integration problem,” “the expertise problem,” “the policy-making prlbem.” |
