中文摘要 | 本研究乃探討不同三聚氰胺取代量之液狀及粉狀MUF膠應用於粒板及纖維板製造時 ,三聚氰胺取代量、膠合劑型態、製板條件等對其成板性質之影響。由其結果得知,添加三 聚氰胺行共聚合反應所得液狀MUF膠應用於粒片板製造時,其成板之耐水靜曲強度及內聚強 度可較UF膠提高,吸水厚度膨脹率及游離甲醛釋出量則可降低,在用膠量10%,熱壓溫度150℃ ,熱壓時間6min之製板條件下,隨三聚氰胺取代量增加,其粒片板耐沸水靜曲強度增大,取 代量30%以上時,其耐沸水之靜曲強度可達CNS標準中對200型粒片板濕潤強度90 kgf/cm2之 要求以上。而粉狀MUF膠應用於粒片板製造時,隨三聚氰胺取代量增加,其板材之耐沸水靜 曲強度提高,然常態靜曲強度則下降,延長熱壓時間則可大幅提升其常態靜曲強度。液狀及 粉狀MUF膠粒片板性質之比較,常態及耐沸水之靜曲強度以粉狀膠所製者較佳,內聚強度則 以液狀膠所製者較高,吸水厚度膨脹率以液狀膠所製者較低,游離甲醛釋出量則兩者間無明 顯差異。纖維板製造時,採液狀膠者其靜曲曲強度、內聚強度均較採用粉狀膠者高,吸水厚 度膨脹率則較低。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the amount of melamine Substitution, type ofadhesives, and manufacturing condition on the properties of particleboards and fiberboards made with liquid and powder MUF adhesives with various amount of melamine Substitution. The results were summarized as follows: Particleboards made with liquid MUF adhesives had higher wet bending strength (MOR) and internal bond strength, lower thickness swelling and free formaldehyde emission than those made with liquid UF adhesives. Particleboards made with various liquid MUF at 10% of adhesive addition, and by hot-pressing temperature at 150℃ for 6 minutes, their wet bending strength increased with increasing the amount of melamine substitution in MUF resin and in the case of MUF resin with the amount of melamine substitution more than 30% used as particleboard adhesives, the bending strength of particleboards after boiling water test could exceed the requirement ofCNS standard for 200 type particleboard.
