中文摘要 | 本研究採用市售12 mm厚度之粒片板及中密度纖維板與市售6 mm厚度之高爐礦渣板及粒片水泥板,按照製板的結構配置條件,利用砂光機分別砂除至所需之不同厚度,再藉醇溶性酌甲醛樹脂膠合劑以180°C溫度、10kgf/cm^2初期壓力熱壓製成12 mm厚度之木質複合板,探討各成板之耐燃處理的效應。主要結果歸納如次:1.表層採用高爐礦渣板與內層採用粒片板及纖維板作適度複合之木質複合板,其成板之耐燃效能較表層採用粒片水泥板複合者可獲得相當有效的改善,表層複合層厚度達到2 mm(佔整體板厚的1/3)與4 mm(佔整體板厚的2/3)時,可分別通過CNS 6532『建築物室內裝修材料之耐燃性試驗法』之耐燃三級與一級標準。2.表層採用粒片板或纖維板而內層不論採用高爐礦渣板或粒片水泥板複合之木質複合板,雖可有效地降低成板的發煙量,但燃燒之餘焰時間及發熱起始時間均無法通過CNS 6532之耐燃三級標準,故基於木質板耐燃處理之重要性及其用途考量,表層之粒片板或纖維板應可考慮於製板時,在粒片或纖維原料中添加防火藥劑以提高耐燃效能。 |
英文摘要 | The fire-retardency of woodbased composite boards made from particleboard & fiberboard in combination with furnace-dregs board & woodparticle-cement board was investigated to show the influence of the surface or core layer thickness of furnace-dregs board or woodparticle-cement board. The fire performance was evaluated by using the surface flammability test as specified in CNS 6532 (identical with JIS A-1321). The results indicated as follows: 1. The fire retardant performance of woodbased composite board combining with furnace-dregs board is surperior to that of boards with woodparticle-cement board as surface materials. The improved performance can pass the requirements of grade 3 and 1 of CNS 6532 standard respectively if the thickness of face and back layer of boards is 2 mm and 4 mm.2. The woodbased composite board which combined with furnace-dregs board or woodparticle-cement board as the core layer showed reduced smoking generation and heat generation, but can not pass the requirements of grade 3 of CNS 6532 standard in longer after-flaming time than standard level. The improvement in fire retardant can be undertaken as the particle and fiber of raw materials were treated with fire retardants during the board fabrication. |
