中文摘要 | 本實驗以含髓蔗渣混合木纖維(杉木、木油桐、相思樹)依不同混合比研製中密度 複合纖維板。試驗結果如下: 1.單以蔗渣纖維研製為中密度纖維板,無論含髓或去髓者,其成板之性質均已符合JIS A5906 200kgf/cm2之標準。 2.以含髓蔗渣為主成分分別與杉木、相思樹、木油桐不同混合比之成板,其中以蔗渣-相思樹、 蔗渣-木油桐纖維板之靜曲強度皆隨蔗渣量之增加而增加。以90:10之混合比為最大(蔗渣- 相思樹為250 ±30kgf/cm2、蔗渣-木油桐為250 ±20kgf/ cm2僸。但蔗渣-杉木之靜曲強度 卻以50:50為最佳(200 ±10kgf/ cm2)。 3.蔗渣-木材不同混合比製造之中密度纖維板,在內聚強度(IB)均可獲得良好之複合效益,且 皆優於同一樹種之純木質纖維板。木螺絲保持力(SHC)則以蔗渣-相思樹及蔗渣-杉木之70:30 之混合比可獲得較佳保持力(50 ±6kgf及40 ±2kgf);而蔗渣-木油桐卻以60:40之混合比為 最佳(50 ±2kgf)。硬度性質複合效益則不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research aims at the use of pith-containing bagasse to make medium-density bagasse-wood fibers composite fiberboards industrially. The properties of this composite fiberboards are also valuated. The experimental results are summarized as follows: 1. All the bending strengths of pith-containing bagasse fiberboard meet the JIS A 5906 standard (type 200). 2. These composite fiberboards consist of a combination of pith-containing bagasse fiber with Taiwan acacia fiber and Wood oil tree fiber in which usually shows the greatest static bending strength by the mix ratio of 90:10 (mixure of bagasse and Taiwan acacia: 250 ± 30 kgf/cm2, bagasse-Wood oil tree: 250 ± 20 kgf/cm2, and benefits the strength by the increasing pith content as well. However, the static bending strength of bagasse-China fir fiberboard are found by the mix ratio of 50:50 (200 ± 10 kgf/cm2). 3. All the internal bonding strength of bagasse fiber-wood fiber composite fiberboard are better than those made with only Wood fiber boards. As the screw holding capacity, the bagasse-Taiwan acacia, bagasse-China fir and bagasse-Wood oil tree fiberboards have the maximum value by the mix ratio of 70:30(50 ± 6kgf), 70:30 (40 ± 2kgf) and 60:40(50 ± 2kgf) respectively. The composition effect on hardness is insignificant for all the fiberboards. |
