| 中文摘要 | 本報告係探討膠料種類,用膠量及板密度等因子對蔗渣與杉木鉋花廢料混合粒片板之物理與強度性質的影響。本研究蔗渣粒片與杉木鉋花粒片之比為60:40,單層構造,使用PF及UF兩種膠料,各三種用膠量及板密度進行探討。結果可歸納於次:(1)粒片板之各種強度性質會隨用膠量增加而增大,但吸水厚度膨脹率則表示相反趨勢。於預定板密度0.70g/cm^3時,PF用膠量8.5%以上時,其各種性質均可符合CNS 2215-200型標準。UF用膠量8.5%以上粒片板,除靜曲強度外,其餘性質亦符合CNS 2215-200型標準。(2)粒片板之各種強度與板密度有直線的正相關趨勢,吸水率與板密度呈負相關,但在UF膠粒片板則為正相關。粒片板在用膠量8.5%,絕乾密度0.71g/cm^3,各種性能均能符合CNS 2215-200型標準。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of factors included adhesives, resin contents and densities of boards on the physical and mechanical properties of particleboard made from bagasse and China fir waste shavings composite particles. In this study, the manufacturing conditions were included that the ratio of bagasse to China fir waste shavings was 60:40, and single layer structure, and three kinds of resin contents and densities of board for each adhesives included PF and UF resin for discussion, The results can be summarized as follows: (l) The strength properties of particleboard increased with increases of resin contents, but the thickness swelling % in water absorption showed a contrary trend , The properties of particleboards can be reached CNS2215-200 type standard which made of 8.5% resin contents of PF and predictive density of 0.70g/cm^3, However the properties of particleboards made of 8.5% resin contents of UF also can be reached CNS 2215-200 type standard escaped that of bending strength. (2) The relationships among the variaus strengths and their densities of particleboards can be represanted by a positive linearly regression formulas but a negative linearly regression formulas showed for absorption percentage (%) at water. The relationships between the thickness swelling (%) in water and densities of particleboards showed a negative correlation for PF resin particleboard, but a positive correlation for UF resin particleboard. The various performance of particleboard can be reached CNS 2215-200 type standard which made of 8.5% resin contents and with 0.71g/cm^3 density in oven-dried condition. |
