中文摘要 | 環保意識的提昇,如何妥善處理廢棄的木質家具,進而將其轉換成有用資源,以降低環境的污染之外,更具有資源永續利用的積極意義。因此以大臺北地區年滿20歲以上的民眾為研究對象,進行問卷調查,希望探討再生家具市場的潛在市場、民眾的接受程度,可否使其成為另一商機?完成問卷調查、經整理分析後得到以下的結果:答卷者想要或已購買再生家具的之主要動機是:經濟又實惠、環保新主張、符合個人的需求;並可將其分成:購物導向型、務實導向型、隨性導向型等三種類型。主要消息的來源是平面、電子媒體、網路和親朋好友間口耳相傳;實際參與拍賣的滿意度亦以經濟又實惠、環保新主張、符合個人的需求等為最高,但售後服務和運送服務則是最低;利用逐步回歸分析求影響整體滿意度的重要自變數是現場的服務和運送的服務。以IPA探討再生家具市場的潛力發現:其機會是強調經濟實惠、環保、符合個人需求、現場的服務和競標方式,優勢是消費者間親朋好友的口耳相傳,劣勢是無法提供運送服務、售後服務、廣告宣傳不足和賣場規劃不佳,威脅是再生家具的材質。 |
英文摘要 | Because the consciousness of the environment protection is promoting, and reduction of the environmental pollution, we should properly change wasted wooden furniture into useful resource. The main purpose of the study is to understand (by using questionnaire) the consumer's behaviors on rebuilt furniture, their acceptance, or it can become another new business opportunity. Those subjects are from the great Taipei area residents whose ages are more than 20. After data collected and analyzed, the important results are shown as follow: The main motivation are a good bargain, a recent opinion about environment protection & to fit what they need, when they are going to buy or had bought rebuilt furniture. Three types of shopping, being practical and outturn compose the questionnaires. (Divided by the motivation.) The main source of information contains plain or electronic media, web and through word of mouth. After attending the rebuilt furniture's auction, the highest satisfaction in a good bargain, a recent opinion about environment protection & to fit what they need, but the lowest satisfaction is after-sale and delivery service. The important independent variable, effecting all satisfaction, is after-sale or delivery service after stepwise regression analyzing. The potential of the rebuilt furniture market, by important performance analyzing, contains opportunity is a good bargain, a recent opinion about environment protection & to fit what they need, service and auction's form, through word of mouth is strength, weakness is after-sale or delivery service, insufficient promotion and improperly warehouse, threat is the material quality of rebuilt furniture. |
