中文摘要 | 本試驗就沙比利、墨西哥柏木、紅櫟木、花梨木、雷藤木及柚木等六種進口地板用材與發泡塑膠、橡皮及棉襪等三種摩擦介質間相互滑動時之靜摩擦係數及動摩擦係數,利用石英壓電式三向動力計加以計測,並探討材面經塗裝、潑水處理時對摩擦係數之影響。結果如下:摩擦介質對地板材之靜摩擦係數大於動摩擦係數,但部分處理無法測出靜摩擦係數,其中多數為塗裝面潑水處理者,此乃因潑水處理者塗裝面上之水分較不易滲入木材,而液體之摩擦特性與固體不同所致。又潑水處理材之靜摩擦係數與動摩擦係數均較未潑水著為大。而素材之靜摩擦係數與動摩擦係數均較塗裝材為高。潑水處理材之摩擦特性,可視為固體摩擦與粘性液體流動之綜合表現。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the static and kinetic frictional coefficients of different wood flooring materials. In these tests, 6 kinds of imported wood flooring materials were included: Entandrophragma cylindricum, Cupressus sp., Quercus spp., Pterocarpus spp., Millettia sp., and Tectona grandis. Foamed plastic, rubber, and cotton socks were used as frictional medium on the flooring. A quartz piezoelectric 3-component dynamometer was used for simultaneously measuring the static and kinetic coefficients of friction, and the effects of the coatings and water splashed on the flooring on the coefficient of friction are discussed. The following results were obtained. The static coefficient of friction was greater than the kinetic one, but in some treatments, especially with water splashed on the coating surfaces, only the kinetic coefficient could be measured. Both the static and kinetic frictional coefficients of water splashed on the flooring material were greater than those of the controls. Both the static and kinetic frictional coefficients of solid wood were greater than those of the coating surfaces. The frictional properties of water splashed on the flooring could be considered as the combined behavior of the solid material friction and the viscous fluid. |
