中文摘要 | 紙與紙間及紙與手指間之摩擦特性於人因工學上具有重要意義,而有加以探討之必要。但以目前的測定方法,試驗上尚有其困難性。本研究提出同時測定紙張與手指間動與靜摩擦係數之方法。以省產道林紙、印書紙、模造紙、銅版紙、牛皮紙及影響紙為試材,利用三向動力計進行試驗。結果顯示各種紙與紙間之靜摩擦係數介於0.24~0.43間,動摩擦係數係介於0.13-~0.31間,靜摩擦係數與動摩擦係數之比值介於1.28~1.93間,摩擦係數有隨紙張表面粗糙度之減小而增大之傾向。紙與手指間之靜摩擦係數介於0.66~1.59間,動摩擦係數介於0.3~1.05間,比值介於1.48~2.73間。指觸摩擦係數明顯較紙與紙間者為大。 |
英文摘要 | Friction coefficients between paper and human fingers have important human factor engineering implication. However, restricted by the conventional measuring method, relative data have never been measured. In this paper, we present a novel method for measuring friction coefficients between paper and human fingers. Using our method, both the static and kinetic friction coefficients can be measured simultaneously. We conducted experiments using eight kinds of Taiwan commercial paper. The friction coefficients between paper and human fingers and between two pieces of paper are measured. The static friction coefficients were 0.24-0.23, while the kinetic friction coefficients were 0.13-0.31 between two pieces of paper. The ratio of static over kinetic friction coefficients were 1.28-1.93. The friction coefficients increased with the decrease of paper roughness. The static friction coefficients were 0.66-1.59, while the kinetic friction coefficients were 0.3-1.05 between paper and human fingers. The ratio of static over kinetic friction coefficients were 1.48-2.73. The friction coefficients between paper and human fingers were significantly larger than those between two pieces of paper. We also measured the surface roughness of these eight papers. Our result confirms the general trend between the coefficients of friction and the surface roughness. |
