中文摘要 | 在建構水域生態系模式食物網時,必需從理論模擬或實際採樣的實驗中,去估算當地主要魚種的攝食率(Q)及生物量(B)之比值,以求得模式中所需之Q/B值。本研究主要目的以實際採樣所測得七股潟湖內之顯著魚種大鱗鮻(Liza macrolepis)之每日排空率(evacuation rate)及攝食率(consumption rate),求取其Q/B實測值,並將所得數值藉由相近魚種之經驗模式所估得之Q/B理論值作一比較。本研究係於2002年8月至2003年7月間,採集七股潟湖內之顯著魚種大鱗鮻(L. macrolepis)來進行研究,並以指數模式分析此種魚類之每日排空率及攝食率。結果發現排空率在冬季(19.2℃)時為3.63 % h¯¹ ,而夏季(30.8℃)時則為8.02 % h¯¹ ,顯示在夏季其排空率較冬季為高,因此溫度或季節的變化與其排空率有顯著關係(p<0.05)。在每日攝食率方面,冬天時每日攝食率為魚體濕重的4.22%最低;在春末夏初時則為魚體濕重的18.7%最高,顯示春末夏初每日的攝食率較冬季為高。除此之外,將上述所得之實測每日攝食率即Q值與由相近魚種經驗模式所估得之理論值作比較時,發現大鱗鮻所估得之Q/B實測值7.4與理論值6.5頗為接近,顯示本研究之實測值方法包括採樣與試驗步驟應屬可信,未來除可續予推廣應用外,並可將此等實測值取代原先同屬其他魚種所估得之理論值,作進一步營養模式之精算。在食性分析方面,共分析459尾幼魚和成魚之胃內容物,發現在幼魚的胃內容物中以動物性浮游生物及底棲性無脊椎動物為主;而成魚則以矽藻及砂粒為主,此結果顯示大鱗鮻(L. macrolepis)由幼魚至成魚時,其食性有由雜食性轉成草食性之趨勢。在比較其食性之地理差異時,發現它們的食性是一致的,並無地理上的差異。 |
英文摘要 | It is essential to estimate food consumption rate per unit biomass (Q/B) to ocnstruct a trophic model in aquatic ecosystems. In this paper, we estimate the daily alimentary canal evacuation rates and food consumption rates of the dominant species, Liza macrolepis in the Chiku sandy barrier lagoon, and compare the observed Q/B values with the Q/B values estimated by the species empirical model. The dominant species, Liza macrolepis representing herbivores was collected on a seasonal basis from August 2002 to July 2003. Both evacuation rate and consumption rate can be estimated and expressed by exponential functions. The results show that the evacuation rate for Liza macorlepis is significantly correlated with temperature (p<0.05), in which the rate in summer (8.02 % h¯¹ ) was higher than in winter (3.63 % h¯¹ ). Correspondingly, daily consumption rate was lower in winter (4.2 % of wet body weight), but higher in spring and summer (18.7%) for Liza macroleps. Besides, the estimated Q/B values of 7.4 for Liza macrolepis were quite close to the values of 6.5 estimated by the empirical model using the same genus but different species respectively. Therefore our experimental approach should be reliable and the observed values could be used to improve the previous Q/B inputs in the trophic model. Finally, the stomach contents of 459 juveniles (3.5-5.5 cm) and adults (15.2-18.3 cm) of Liza macrolepis were also observed. The stomach contents of juvenile was dominated by zooplanktons and benthic invertebrates. For adult, diatoms and sand particules were important food resources. The results revealed a dietary shift of Liza macrolepis from omnivorous to herbivorous between juvenile and adult. Comparison of geographical variation of Liza macrolepis, the feeding habits are consistent. |
