中文摘要 | 本研究以量產製程的316L不銹鋼為素材,以大氣熔煉鑄造和真空感應熔煉鑄造及真空電弧重熔精煉鑄造製程之鑄錠作清淨度、化學成分、氣體含量、拉伸等性質研究。此外,以冷抽加工的桿料進行電解拋光,與市售大氣桿料作比較。結果顯示經真空電弧重熔精煉鑄造後可有效降低氣體含量15~52%,並使化學成分均勻分佈,晶粒組織細化,且可顯著改善非金屬介在物含量,尤其是B類氧化鋁及D類球狀氧化物,明顯提升材料的延伸率。電解拋光後表面性質鉻鐵比、氧化鉻氧化鐵比、鈍化層厚度、表面粗糙度等性質均較大氣桿料為佳,且符合半導體SEMI F19-95規範。 |
英文摘要 | This research uses the mass produced 316L stainless steel as the raw material to conduct property testing, such as the cleanness, chemical composition, and gas content, and tesile properties, on the ingot casting and shaft materials of air melting casting, vacuum induction melting casting (VIM), and vacuum arc refining casting (VAR). In addition, the shaft materials that are cold-drawn processed are used for electropolishing, These are compared to the shaft materials sold on the market. Results show that after the VAR refining casting, the gas content was effectively reducing to 15~52%. thus making the chemical composition evenly spread, the grain are finer, Thus significantly improved the content of the nonmetallic inclusion, especially the B-type Alumina and D-type globular oxide, and the percentage elongation of the materials significantly enlarged, and made ratio of Chromium and Iron, the ratio of Chrome Oxide and Iron Oxide, passive film thickness, and surface roughness of the electrolytic polishing surface property better than the air shaft materials, and qualified the SEMI F19-95 standard for semiconductors. |
