中文摘要 | 本研究的主要重點乃是探討不銹鋼 (SUS304) 板及鈦合金 (Ti-6Al-4V) 板上以放電加工所製作之微細孔,經磨料流動加工 (Abrasive flow machining, AFM) 進行修整的加工效果;實驗中利用田口實驗計劃法 (Taguchi Method) 來規劃相關的實驗,探討AFM的加工參數如磨粒的擠出壓力、作用週期、磨料濃度、磨料粒度、加工時間及加工機構的運動方式等對材料去除率及微細孔出入口直徑差等實驗觀察值的影響。同時經由掃描式電子顯微鏡 (SEM) 的觀察,探討放電加工微細孔之外形精度及表面粗糙度,經AFM精修後的改善效果。經田口實驗計劃法中S/N Ratio的反應圖及變異數分析 (ANOVA) 的結果,可求出實驗觀察值的最佳參數水準組合並確立影響各實驗觀察值的顯著加工參數。由實驗的結果得知,使用AFM對放電微細扎進行精修加工,可以改善微細孔的加工品質,去除放電時所造成的再鑄層,得到高品質的微細孔。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this experimental research was to investigate the effect of fine-finish process on microhole by abrasive fluid machining (AFM). The microhole on the plate of stainless steel (SUS304) and titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) was fabricated by deep drilling machine of electric discharge machining (EDM) prior to AFM. In the experiment, the Taguchi method was adopted to explore the effect of machining parameters of AFM on the observed values. Six essential independent parameters such as extruding pressure, extruding period, abrasive concentration, abrasive grain size, machining time, and motion type were chosen to verify the machining quality of micro hole. Beside, the observed values to evaluate the machining performance were the material removal rate (MRR) and the deviation between the entrance and exit of the microhole. Furthermore, the improvement of shape precision and surface roughness of the microhole that previously fabricated by EDM and next fine-finish by AFM was also discussed via scanning electron microscope (SEM). The significant parameters and the optimal combination level of machining parameters could achieve by analysis of variation (ANOVA) and SIN (signal to noise) ratio response graph that obtain from analysis the experimental data. The experimental result shows that the machining quality of microhole could improve obviously by a fine-finish process of AFM. The recast layer caused by EDM could be effectively eliminated to receive the high quality of microholes. |
