| 中文摘要 | 本試驗利用室內試驗(microcosm)方式,將滅菌之臺灣二葉松(Pinus taiwaniensis)松針,於培養箱中分別接種4種分離自二葉松林地的大型擔子菌類,模擬雨水洗滌,另外接種4種分離自二葉松松針之真菌(2種子囊菌類與2種不完全菌類),模擬日夜變溫,經六至八個月後探討不同真菌對松針分解之影響,檢測項目包括重量、醇苯抽出物、木質素、碳素與氮素留存率。試驗結果顯示,所有菌種在分解初期(0~2個月)對松針重量留存率下降最快,之後則趨緩。醇苯抽出物與木質素留存率,均以擔子菌低於松針真菌,分別為66.89%、81.98%,顯示擔子菌類對於木質素難以分解的物質,具有較強的分解能力。接種擔子菌處理之松針,其重量留存率與碳濃度呈顯著負相關(R2=-0.242),但與氮、木質素濃度成正相關(R2=0.356、R2=0.431)。接種松針真菌處理之松針,其重量留存率則僅與木質素濃度呈顯著正相關(R2=0.473)。由試驗結果推論,分離自林地的擔子菌類對於臺灣二葉松松針之分解能力優於分離自松針的子囊菌類與不完全菌類。 |
| 英文摘要 | The influence of different fungal inocula on the Pinus taiwaniensis needles decomposition to decrease the forest fire fuels accumulation were studied. Sterile Pinus taiwaniensis needles in Microcosms containing were inoculated with 4 species of Basidiomycota isolated from in situ together wit 4 species of needle fungi (2 species of Ascomycota and 2 species of Deuteromycota isolated separately from interior and surface of pine needles in the laboratory). During 8 months, the remaining masses, alcohol-benzene extract, lignin, C and N remaining were determined. The results showed that during the initial stages (0-2 months), in all experiments, the needles had high decomposition rate. For recalcitrant substrates, Basidiomycota showed the lowest remaining percentage (66.89%) of alcoholbenzene extract and 81.98% of lignin, followed by those from Ascomycotaq and Deuteromycota. During the study period, the needles inoculated with Basidiomycota, the remaining masses had a significant negative correlation with C concentration (R2=-0.242) but positive correlation with N (R2=0.356) and lignin (R2=0.431). however, the remaining masses of needles inoculated with Ascomycota and Deuteromycota only had positive correlation with lignin concentration. Based on the experiments, the decomposition abilities of Basidiomycota are better than Ascomycota and Deuteromycota. |
