中文摘要 | 本文研究乃利用抗紫外線加工劑對棉梭織物進行抗紫外線加工,探討不同加工劑濃度、不同織物密度、不同染色溫度與不同染料濃度等加工條件下,對棉梭織物進行抗紫外線加工其遮蔽效果之影響。由實驗結果得知,抗紫外線加工劑對加工布之UVA中的UPF•大致可達64-72之範圍,但對UVB的改善則影響不大;再者,CUT 加工劑在染色階段進行加工時其遮蔽效果比CEL加工劑佳,而且對加工有染色後的色澤差異性其DE值皆在1以內,因此整體而言CUT加工劑對棉梭織物在抗紫外線效果是較佳。 |
英文摘要 | UV protector process for cotton fabrics with different UV absorber was investigated. Anti-UV cotton processed fabrics were prepared by various concentration of absorber, various woven density, various dyeing temperature and various dyes concentration and anti-UV properties have been measured. The UPF of UVA for cotton processed fabrics with UV absorber reveals in ranging from 64 to 72. Otherwise, the improvement of UVB for cotton processed fabrics is insufficient. The effect of anti-UV for cotton processed fabrics within dyeing stage CUT agent is better than CEL agent. The color evenness DE value of dyed processed fabrics with CUT agent is below 1, so the anti-UV agent CUT for cotton processed is excellent. |
