中文摘要 | 本試驗探討了用膠量、比重、板厚、纖維樹種、碳黑不同添加暈、碳纖維織布複合於表面之層數、金屬箔種類與金屬網種類、網目及複合於表面層數等對纖維板(1.5~2.7 GHz)頻率範圍遮蔽電磁波之影響。結果顯示纖維板用膠量、比重、板厚樹種及碳黑不同添加量等各項因子,對製成纖維板的電磁波介入衰減效果,並沒有明顯差異(約在5~6 dB以下),電磁波的反射衰減效果,亦是沒有明顯差異(約在12~18 dB以下)。另外,以碳纖維織布、鋁箔、銅箔、及不同網目(60或120 mesh)的銅網、鐵網或不錯鋼網等在纖維板上下表面各複合一層或二層者,電磁波的介入衰減值均已達70 dB(儀器測定最大範團)以上,反射衰減值則幾乎均等於零(近於100%反射)。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the variables that may affect the electromagnetic shielding properties of fiberboard and fiber composites were examined. They were the glue spreading rate, sp.gr., thickness, species, adding amount of carbon black, sheet number of carbon fiber woven cloth, foil types(aluminum and comper), and the types (copper, stainless steel and iron ) , mesh difference and sheet number of metal webs. Meanwhile, the physical and mechanical properties of fiberboard and fiber composite boards and the electromagnetic shielding characteristic of insertion loss and return loss in the frequency range of 1.5~2.7 GHz were also measured. The results showed that the insertion loss effectiveness and return loss effectiveness of electromagnetic wave through the thickness of fiberboard or fiber composites have no difference among various species, glue spreading rates, sp.gr., thickness or adding amount of carbon black. Their values are below 5 or 6 dB of former and below 12 or 18 dB of latter. In the other hand , when the composites were overlaid with I or 2 sheets of carbon fiber woven cloth, aluminum foil, copper foil or metal webs (copper, stainless steel or iron web with 60 mesh or 120 mesh) onto both surfaces, all their insertion loss effectiveness are over 70 dB. And, all their return loss effectiveness are near to be zero. |
