中文摘要 | 本研究進行木質材料之防黴試驗,藉由應用鈷-60加馬射線照射處理,期能克服木材表面之黴害劣化,使延長木製品使用年限。試驗結果顯示:對於接菌於木材試驗菌株之加馬射線照射有效滅菌劑量為3~5 kGy,在此照射劑量下,僅造成木材試片此微顏色(色差值)變化。在低劑量之照射下,木材表面顏色雖然顯著變化,但經過UV光照或加熱促進劣後,材面色差值呈現明顯增高,可知以加馬射線照射木材具有潛在的劣化作用。加馬射線照射對於木質材料之效應,有待深入探討。 |
英文摘要 | The main objective of this study is to explore the feasibility of applying Co60 gamma radiation on wooden materials, to protect the green product-wooden products avoiding microbiological attack, so as to extend the service life of those products. The experimental results indicate that, the gamma radiation lad at 3~5 kGy gave the sufficient biocidal dosage to the fungi strains. An irradiation less than 5 kGy resulted color change of woods in △E* slightly, but then after accelerated aging by UV weight or 150℃ oven, the irradiated woods showed color change significantly. The effect of gamma radiation on wooden materials needs further investigation. |
