中文摘要 | 本研究探討鋼骨結構耐火被覆材料內部含水率變化與耐火時效之停滯時間相互 之關係。研究結果歸納出代表多孔質與纖維質被覆材料之停滯時間預測式。研究發現纖維 質被覆材料有較大之含水率及較長之停滯時間,在停滯現象結束前的時間佔整個耐火時效 有較大之比例,因此、在相同被覆厚度時有較長之耐火時效,較大之含水率,在蒸發完成 後造成較大之升溫速率,推定其原因可能蒸發後形成較大孔隙導致熱傳遞變大,產生負面 影響。 |
英文摘要 | This paper investigates the relationship between the moisture content of sprayed fire-resistive material and the delay time of fire rating. The result shows that an equation for predicting the delay time of porous and fibrous materials can be established. In case the fibrous materials have greater moisture content and longer delay time, the delay times take greater part of the fire rating. As a result, the fibrous material has greater fire rating than that of the porous material of the same thickness. After boiling down, the material with greater moisture content has faster temperature rising. This negative effect is that bigger pores induce greater heat transfer. |
