中文摘要 | 目的:本研究旨在建構一套以促進某大專運動代表隊團隊凝聚力為目標的冒險教育活動方案,並針對方案成效進行評估。方法:以準實驗設計法,採用不等組前、後測設計,依有無參加冒險教育團隊凝聚力促進方案,分為實驗組(12位女子排球隊員)與對照組(12位競技啦啦隊員),以團隊凝聚力量表(包括:包含:人際親和、團隊合作、人際吸引與團隊適應) 為指標進行效益檢測,另在資料分析部分,係採取SPSS 17.0 for Windows套裝軟體進行,資料分析方式包括:描述性統計、相依樣本t檢定、單因子共變數分析與效果量等。結果:發現實驗組參與者之團隊凝聚力及其4個構面(「團隊合作」,「團隊適應」,「人際親和」與「人際吸引」)後測分數均明顯優於對照組,並達到統計上顯著水準(p < .05)。結論:本研究設計之冒險教育活動方案,能夠增進某大專運動代表隊之團隊凝聚力。最後,研究者提出後續研究及方案設計上之建議,希冀可供代表隊訓練及後續研究者參考。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: To construct an adventure education program aimed at group cohesion enhancement for collegiate athletic teams as well as to evaluate the effects for this program. Methods: Quasi-experimental as well as the pretest-posttest nonequivalent groups design were used. The participants were two collegiate athletic team groups, including: experimental group participating in the adventure education programs (n=12, women's volleyball team) and control group without participating the experimental programs (n=12, cheerleading team). The Group Cohesion scale (including 4 subscales: "attraction to the group-social orientation", ATG-S; "group integration-task orientation", GI-T; "attraction to the group-task orientation", ATG-T; "group integration-social orientation", GI-S) was taken to pretest and posttest the effects. Data analysis was conducted by SPSS 17.0 for Windows by the methods of paired t-test, One-way ANCOVA and effect size. Results: The experimental group received more positive and significant (p<.05) improvement on the Group Cohesion scale and also four subscales (GI-T, GI-S, ATG-S, and ATG-T) than the control group. Conclusion: The adventure education programs which constructed by this research could enhance collegiate athletic team member's group cohesion. In the end, the researchers provided suggestions for future research and program design to act as the reference for sport training as well as following researchers. |
