中文摘要 | 本研究旨在評估使用魚油或大豆油於魚粉基礎飼料(魚粉貢獻5.6%油脂)時,龍膽石斑魚對油脂的需求。實驗結果顯示魚油或大豆油添加飼料並不會對魚隻成長造成負面的影響。不論是根據魚油組或大豆油組魚隻的飼料效益來看,當魚隻攝食含12%到16%油脂含量的飼料56天後,其對飼料的利用明顯較8%及10%油脂飼料來的好。在實驗結束後,魚隻的活存率、肝體比、背肌的蛋白及水份含量皆沒有顯著性的差異。肝臟及背肌脂肪酸組成清楚的反應了實驗飼料中脂肪酸組成。大豆油組魚隻的肝臟及背肌中亞麻油酸(C18:2n-6)含量,皆明顯較魚油組魚隻來的高,但大豆油組魚隻的二十碳五烯酸(EPA)及廿二碳六稀酸(DHA)則較魚油組低。本研究顯示龍膽石斑稚魚最適成長油脂需求量約12%,且當使用魚粉基礎飼料(內含魚粉貢獻5.6%油脂)時,大豆油是適合做為添加油脂。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted to determine the dietary lipid requirement of juvenile giant grouper, Epinephelus lanceolatus by using fish oil or soybean oil in a fish meal basal diet (fish meal contributes 5.6% of lipid content). No negative impact on growth performance of fish was recorded in both of fish oil-or soybean oil-supplemented diets. Based on the feed efficiency, fish fed the diets with 12% to 16% lipid contents for 56 days in fish oil groups or soybean oil groups had significantly better feed utilization as compared to that of fish fed the diets with 8% and 10% lipid contents. At the end of the experiment, no significant differences in survival, hepatic somatic index, and protein content and moisture in dorsal muscle were recorded. Liver and dorsal muscle fatty acid composition clearly reflected the fatty acid composition in test diets. Linoleic acid (C18:2n-6) deposition in liver and dorsal muscle was significantly increased in soybean oil groups as compared to that of in fish oil groups. Decreases in eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid deposition in liver and dorsal muscle were recorded in soybean oil groups as compared tothose of in fish oil groups. This study indicated that the optimal dietary lipid level in juvenile giant grouper is about 12%, and soybean oil could be supplied in a fish meal basal diet in which fish meal contributes 5.6% of lipid content. |
