中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解國小資優生與普通生性知識及其與性相關行為經驗之現況,並比 較不同組別、性別、父母社經地位、學生性知識間的差異情形。研究者選取臺北縣全部之國 小高年級一般能力優異資優學生及隨機抽取同校之普通班學生共 393 人進行問卷調查, 經 百分率、細格人數不等之三因子變異數分析等統計分析,獲致的主要研究結果顯示:(1) 全 體學生的性知識程度不高;(2) 資優生的性知識得分顯著高於普通生,女生的性知識得分顯 著高於男生;(3) 資優生性知識來源以醫護人員與醫學書籍者為主,普通生則以父母與親戚 者為主,其次皆來自老師與課本;(4) 男生中已變聲者為 19 %、有夢遺經驗者佔 12 %, 女生中已胸部發育者為 78.5 %、有月經經驗者佔 30.5 %;(5) 全體學生中有自慰經驗者 達 17.8 %,有性交經驗者僅 2.5 %,曾遭受性碰觸經驗者佔 33.6 %。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to (a) explore sex knowledge and behavior by gifted and regular elementary school students and (b) compare their differences in sex knowledge based on group, gender and SES of family. Subjects consisted of 393 upper graders selected from 3 elementary schools in Taipei County, Taiwan. There were 12 classes including 142 gifted students and 251 regular students. The research instrument was designed by researcher. The data was analyzed by percentile and unequal n's three-way ANOVA.The main findings of this study were as follows. (1) Gifted and regular students showed insufficient sex knowledge. (2) Concerning the group difference, statistically significant differences were found in sex knowledge, with the gifted students' mean score higher than regular students'. (3) In terms of gender, statistically significant differences were found in sex knowledge, with girls' mean score higher than boys'. (4) Concerning the sources of sex knowledge, medical staff and books were the most important sources for gifted students while for the regular students, parents and relatives were the most important sources. (5) In terms of physiological changes of puberty, about 15% of gifted and 22% of regular males had changed voices, 11% of gifted and 13% of regular males had wet dreams. Roughly 77% of gifted and 79% of regular females had developed breasts, 26% of gifted and 32% regular females had menstruations. (6) Approximately 20% of gifted and 17% regular students had masturbation experiences. (7) Roughly 1% of gifted and 3% of regular students had sexual intercourse experiences. (8) About 31% of gifted and 35% of regular students had been sexually harassed by touching private parts. Further discussions were made on the basis of present research findings and some suggestions on teaching as well as future studies were proposed. |
