中文摘要 | 本研究是利用雙組份紡絲機在相同的捲取速度針對不用比例組份、不同斷面及組份間介面形狀的並列型纖維作自發捲曲性的探討。實驗中得到收縮率的差異是自發捲曲的潛在捲曲性的主要影響因素,收縮差越大則潛在捲曲性越好。任何二種組份原料的組合比例為50/50時都有最佳的潛在捲曲性,而沸水收縮率相差最大的為PET和PTT的組合擁有最佳的潛在捲曲性。纖維斷面形狀中正三角有較優良的潛在捲曲性質,並且以收縮率較高的組份位於三角頂點為最優。二組份之間的介面型態以直線為最好,如果二組份之間的介面為曲線,則曲線的彎曲度越大其潛在捲曲性越差。 |
英文摘要 | The bicomponent spinning machine was used in this paper to study bicomponent fiber of self-crimp that has the same winder condition, but the mix percentage、cross-section and interface are different. In this study, we found that percentage of shrinkage is the key point to impact crimp and the larger range of percentage of shrinkage should have better crimp. The bicomponent fiber that 50/50 has the best crimp potential. Bicomponent fiber of PET and PTT have the best crimp potential in all bicomponent fiber. It is more better crimp potential that triangle fiber than circle. And the high shrinkage material position in sharp of triangle better than bottom. The straight interface of bicomponent fiber have the crimp potential better than curve interface. |
