中文摘要 | 白鶴靈芝為臺灣民間常用的藥用植物。本實驗利用安氏試驗法(Ames test),以Salmonella typhimurium TA98、TA100與TA1535為試驗菌株,測試白鶴靈芝莖與葉50%乙醇萃取萃取物之抗致突變性。結果顯示:(1)毒性試驗方面:對TA98菌株,莖與葉乙醇萃取物於未加S9 mix時,其5mg/plate菌落數與對照組皆有顯著差異,表示其對菌株具毒性,但若降至2.5mg/plate則不具毒性;於TA100與TA1535則皆不具毒性。(2)致突變性試驗方面:各測試劑量對參試菌株均不具致突變性。(3)抗致突變性試驗方面:其莖與葉之萃取物對TA98於NQNO存在下及對TA1535於B[a]P存在下有較明顯的抗致突變效果。經由本試驗初步基因毒性試驗結果來看,白鶴靈芝乙醇萃取物不具有毒性或致突變性,並具有抗倒突變性,本試驗結果可作為開發保健食品之參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz is a medicinal plant which was often used in Taiwan. The study was investigated by Ames test with Salmonella typhimurium TA98, TA100 and TA1535 to investigate the antimutagenic activity of 50% ethanolic extracts from stems and leaves of Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz. The results suggested that: 1. Toxicity test: The toxicity was both found in stems and leaves without S9 mix toward TA98 at the dosage of 5 mg/plate, while the dosage reduced to 2.5 mg/plate the toxicity was not found in the test. The toxicity was not found with TA100 and TA1535 as the tested species. 2. Mutagenicity test: The mutagenicity was not found at tested dosage of all the samples. 3. Antimutagenicity test: Both ethanolic extracts of stems and leaves were effective to NQNO by TA98 and the same effect to B[a]P by TA1535. No toxicity or mutagenicity was found in ethanolic extracts from leaves or stems of Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz and both have antimutagenicity. These results suggest that ethanolic extracts of Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz are safe in genotoxicity. The basis of developing Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz health food seems can from our research. |
