中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是以國民小學9-12歲男性學童之身體特徵與生理變項建立預測最大攝氧量模式。受試對象為就讀國小9-12歲男學童共64名,平均年齡為11,23±.85歲,身高為146.49±7.59公分與體重為41.37±10.46公斤。所有受試者皆接受實驗室漸增負荷強度的腳踏車最大運動測驗,及各項身體生理測驗,並分別以BMI、生物電阻法(BIA)及皮脂肪夾法評估身體組成,以原地腳踏車最大攝氧量測驗獲得兒童平均最大攝氧量為39,10±6.41ml.kg-1.min-1,經皮爾遜積差相關法及多元迴歸分析結果如下:一、本研究之生理變項除身高與血壓等無統計顯著相關外,其餘生理變項與相對最大攝氧量皆達顯著相關(p<.0l),其中以服三頭肌皮下脂肪厚與相對最大攝氧量之相關最大為(r=-.81,p<,.0l),次為BIA電阻法所測得之體脂肪百分比(r=-.80,p<.0l)。二、依本研究測得相關變項,以多元迴歸分析求得靜態有效推估學童最大攝氧量模式。 最大攝氧量(ml.kg-1.min-1)=-7.802+2.437(年齡)+0.271(身高)-0.489(體重) R=.79, R2=.62;SEE=±4.05, p<.01 最大攝氧量(ml.kg-1.min-1)=33.872+2.311(年齡)-1.083(BMI) R=.79, R2=.63;SEE=±3.97,p<.01 最大攝氧量(ml.kg-1.min-1)=33.595+0.9(年齡)-0.544(電阻法Fat%) R=.81, R2=.66;SEE=±3.80,p<.01 最大攝氧量(ml.kg-1.min-1)=28.473+1.737(年齡)-0.673(肱三頭肌皮下脂肪厚) R=.84,R2=.70;SEE=±3.56,p<.01。根據本研究結果發現,9-12歲學童之最大攝氧量與身體特徵、身體組成呈現相關趨勢,影響最大攝氧量之主要變項包括年齡、體重、體脂肪百分比、皮脂厚度與安靜時之心跳率。本研究結果可被應用於擬定運動訓練計畫之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the variables of body and biological characteristics of 9-12 year-old boys to establish the estimated model of maximal oxygen intake (V02max). There were 64 boys aged 9 to 12 year-old to participate in the study. The average age is 11 .23±8.5 year-old and the body height and weight were 146.49±7.59 cm, 41.37±10.46kg, respectively. All data were drawn by gradually cycling ergmeter work and physiological measures in the laboratory at National Pin-tung Teachers College. The physiological and physique variables included, body height and weight, body mass index(BMI), percent body fat drawn from bioelectric insistence(BIA) and subcutaneous skinfolds for all subjects. The averaged V02 max was 39.10±6.41 mlkg-1min-1 for the group. Data was analyzed by the Pearson Product Moment correlation method and for variables relationship and multiple regression analysis for constructed predicted mode. Results were shown as following: First of all, most of the body characteristic variables were significantly correlated with V02max (p<.01), except for some physiological variables as body height, and blood pressure. There was the most negative significant relationship between triceps thickness and maximal oxygen intake(r=-.81, p<.01), and maximal oxygen intake was correlated with percent body fat by drawing BIA analysis (r=-.80, p<.01). According to results of the study, the maximal oxygen intake was influenced by age, body height and weight, percent body fat or skinfold thickness, and resting blood pressure. Furthermore, we concluded that models useful predicted model of V02max was established for 9-to-12-year old boys, and those could be applied to estimate the maximal oxygen intake with those variables. |
