中文摘要 | 本研究採用之分析管柱10µm,Phenomenex Bondclone C18 (300 mm × 4.6mm I. D.),移動相為acetonitrile : aqueous 5 mM 1,8-diaminooctane and 20 mM sodium heptansulfonate=5:95(v/v),以8.5%磷酸調整pH至3.80,流速為1.0 mL/min,偵測器為光電二極體矩陣檢測器(photodiode array detector),設定波長為275nm。其次,以2-nitro-p-phenylenediamine為內部標準品可以於20分鐘內可同時分離鑑別及定量七種氧化染髮成分:p-phenylenediamine、m-phenylenediamine、o-phenylenediamine、p-aminophenol、m-aminophenol、o-aminopenol和4-methylaminophenol等。研究結果得知此7種成分濃度於5 µg/mL~25 µg/mL呈線性關係,且平均回收率介於99.6至102.1%之間,精密度及準確度良好;同時此方法可簡單快速分析定量市售染髮劑中該類氧化染髮劑成分。 |
英文摘要 | The reverse-phase liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of seven hair dyes ingredients (phenylenediamine and aminophenol compounds) was described. All components were successfully separated within 20 min. HPLC was performed with Phenomenex Bondclone C18 column (300mm×4.6mm I.D.) and mobile phase containing acetonitrile-aqueous 5mM 1,8-diaminooctane and 20mM sodium heptansulfonate (5:95, v/v), at a flow rate of 1.3 ml/min (UV detection at 275nm). The average recoveries for all components ranged from 99.6 to 102.1%. The proposed chromatographic system was found to be pricise, rapid, simple and therefore suitable for the reliable quantity of commercial oxidation hair dyes. |
