中文摘要 | 本研究希望透過銘傳大學傳播學院於實習媒體整合後,並在媒體實務課程的實際運作下,學生對實習媒體運作的學習態度及工作滿足作一初探,並提供為未來實習媒體課程規劃的重要參考。透過問卷調查方式,於241位修課學生中共回收196份有效問卷,回收率達81.3%。經歸納敘述性統計、相關分析與交叉分析的結果,本研究歸納出以下五點發現: 一.學生認同多媒體傳播概念與技能的重要。 二.傳統媒體整合有跨組的障礙。 三.對校外接觸與發表作品的重要。 四.強化實務訓練的重要。 五.課程負荷量與學習成效有關聯。 六.不同的媒體組別在學習態度與工作滿足具顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | This study focuses on the learning attitude and job satisfaction of students after integrating media practice in Ming Chuan University. A census of 241 students taken to collect the data. There is an 81.3% efficient questionnaire. By the descriptive statistics, correlation and cross analysis, the primary findings of this study are: (1) Students approve the concept of the multimedia communication and the importance of the technical ability. (2) The coordination of conventional media fields faces difficulties. (3) It is important that students may announce their works through websites. (4) It is important that students have the media practice. (5) The burden of the curriculum and measures of the learning are correlated. (6) Varied media fields differ significantly in learning attitude and job satisfaction. |
