中文摘要 | 試驗飼糧係以玉米為主要能量來源,大豆粕為主要蛋白質源,調製成含高蛋白質 高能量(HPHE,23%粗蛋白質、3200 kcal/kg代謝能)及低蛋白質低能量(LPLE,19%粗蛋白 質、2800kcal/kg代謝能)等二種試驗飼糧。用於餵飼購自商業孵化場之一日齡雛肉雞及雛土 番鴨。試驗為期三週,試驗期間,測量動物的生長性狀,於實驗結果時,犧牲動物採集血液 並剖取肝臟及心臟,供化學分析之用。 心臟重量、肝臟重量及肝脂質含量不受飼糧處理及品種所影響,而雛肉雞及雛土番鴨之 飼料利用效率、血漿總脂質、土番鴨的體增重與雛肉雞之三酸甘油酯量,不受飼糧處理所影 響。HPHE組雛肉雞的體增重,顯著的較LPLE組為佳(P<0.05)。雛肉雞之飼料利用效率較 雛土番鴨為佳。而雛肉雞之心脂質量較雛土番鴨為高,且在試驗一中達顯著水準(P<0.05)。 LPLE組雛土番鴨之三酸甘油酯量,則顯著的較HPHE組為高,而雛肉雞之血漿總脂質及三 酸甘油酯量,均較雛土番鴨為低。 餵飼LPLE飼糧之雛肉雞及雛土番鴨心及肝脂質C16:1及C18:1n9含量顯著的較HPHE 組為高,而心及肝脂質之C18:2n6、C18:2n6/C20:4n6及多不飽和脂肪酸含量顯著的較低。 雛肉雞及雛土番鴨之肝脂質脂肪酸組成的差異,主要在於雛肉雞之C18:0、C18:2n6、 C18:2n6/C20:4n6及多不飽和脂肪酸含量,顯著的較雛土番鴨為高,而肝脂質之C16:1、C18:1n9 及C20:4n6含量,則顯著的較雛土番鴨為低(P<0.05)。 |
英文摘要 | Day-old mule ducklings from commercial hatchery were fed on two corn-soybean meal type diets which formulated to contain high protein-high energy (HPHE, 23% CP, ME 3200 kcal/kg) and low protein-low energy (LPLE, 19% CP, ME 2800 kcal/kg). Blood, liver, and heart were collected for analysis at the end of three week and the same experiment was repeated twic. The weight of heart and liver and the lipid content of liver were not affected by dietary treatment and species. Feed efficiency and plasma total lipids of both species, body weight gains of mule ducklings, and plasma triglycerides content of broiler chicks were not affected by dietary treatment. Body weight gains of broiler chicks fed HPHE diets were significantly higher than those of LPLE group (P<0.05). Feed efficiency of broiler chicks was higher than that of mule ducklings. The lipid contents of heart of broiler chicks were significanly higher than those of mule ducklings (P<0.05). Mule ducklings fed LPLE diets had significantly higher plasma triglycerides than those of LPLE group (P<0.05). The content of plasma total lipids and triglycerides of broiler chicks were significantly lower than those of mule ducklings (P<0.05). The level of C16:1 and C18:1n9 of heart and hepatic lipid of broiler chicks and mule ducklings fed LPLE diet were significantly higher than those of HPHE group (P<0.05) while the level of C18:2n6, C18:2n6/C20:4n6 and polyunsaturated fatty acid was lower (P<0.05). The level of C18:0, C18:2n6, C18:2n6/C20:4n6 and polyunsaturated fatty acid of hepatic lipid of broiler chicks were significantly higher than those of mule duckling (P<0.05) while the level of C16:1, C18:1n9 and C20:4n6 was lower (P<0.05). |
