中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討學校本位經營的意義、內涵與基本原理,論述學校本位經營對學校推動教育改革方案的關係,探究學校本位經營對推動教育改革的可行性。本文以高雄市龍華國小推動教改方案「建立學生輔導新體制-教學、訓導、輔導三合一整合方案」之歷程為例,探討以學校本位經營模式,進行計劃、行動、蒐集資料、分析反省、修正、再行動的螺旋探析過程,分別從學校特質分析、實施設計與歷程、實施成果與特色、發現問題與省思、實施結論與建議,分析學校本位經營推動教育改革方案的運作歷程,並驗證其成效。 本文嘗試建構學校本位經營推動「建立學生輔導新體制-教學、訓導、輔導三合一整合方案」歷程模式的願景、策略與相關配套,在學校本位經營架構下,本文主要發現:一、教訓輔三合一核心理念符應當前教改政策;二、有周延配套的學校本位經營綜合控制模式,對推動教育改革方案合理可行;三、學校本位經營推動教育改革方案的應用需要本土化的轉化;四、學校本位經營推動教育改革方案,有助於導向學校革新,創造優質校園文化。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this article was to explore the connotation and fundamental of school-based management, to discuss the relations between school-based management and educational reformation scheme, to explore the eventuality of school-based management to propel reformation. The LHPS was taken as an instance for this article of propelling educational reformation scheme: "The new system of school guidance: An integrated scheme for instruction, discipline and guidance", and probed the spiral explored managed by the pattern of school base. Moreover, this research analyzed the operational process of educational reformation scheme and verified its achievement from the general situation and qualitative analysis, conducting device and process, implementing consequence and characteristic, problem finding and self-reflection, conclusion and suggestion respectively. This article intended to construct the further vision, strategy and related sets of program for "The pilot plan of an integrated assistance system for instruction, discipline and guidance propelled by school-based management." The primary observations of this research were as following: 1. The core thinking of the integrated assistance system for instruction, discipline and guidance should accord with the current policy of reformation. 2. A pattern of school-based management with perfect accordance could be implemented logically for the purpose of propelling educational reformation. 3. The application of education-reformed scheme propelled by school-based management requires indigenous shifts. 4. Educational reformation program propelled by school-based management assists leading to the school innovation and create a superior campus culture. |
