中文摘要 | 由於國內電力需求日殷,除擴建電廠為可行之道外,增進現有發電設備 之正常運轉,亦為重要之課題。台電某一電廠熱洩水泵,在啟動運轉或正常運轉 時,產生過大之振動量;由於振動位移增大,應力亦隨之增加,相對地減少其使 用壽命,加速了可能產生疲勞破壞的情形。因此,本論文針對其振動過大之問題, 先以模態實驗,測試出泵之振型及頻率,發現泵之共振頻率和運轉轉速以及油顫 頻率藕合。因此,造成其振動量過大之現象。由有限元素分析,並無法達到預期 之分析準確度,經過實地查驗周邊狀況,發現泵外筒與穴壁間隙有滲水充塞其 間,將水抽除,則測試之頻率響應與由有限元素分析泵外筒所浸之水予以抽除之 結果吻合,實測之結果亦顯示:自然頻率大幅往上移,泵之共振頻率和運轉轉速 以及油顫頻率即不再藕合,其振動量自然大幅下滑,即可正常啟動及正常運轉。 |
英文摘要 | One of A heater drain pumps of power plant of TaiwanPower Company has mechanical vibration levels much higherthan its acceptable level in start-up and normal operations.Material fatigue due to the growth of vibration displacementwill eventually lower the operation life of the pump. This paperfocuses on resolution of problems on vibration displacement ofthe pump. Experimental modal analysis technques wereimplemeneted to obtain mode shapes and resonant frequenciesof the pump. It is found that resonant frequencies coupled withoperation speed and oil whip frequency is the sole reason oflarge vibration displacement of the pump. After pumping out ofthe leakage water between the outer barrel of the pump andconcrete wall, The application of finite element analysisresulted in a fairy closeness to measured frequency responsefunctions. Natural frequencies go up dramatically. Resonantfrequencies uncopied with operation speed and oil whipfrequency. Vibration level of the pump drop sharply. The startup and operation go well again. |
