中文摘要 | 近年來隨著煉鋼技術的進步及工程的需求,高性能鋼材 (High Performance Steel,HPS) 之開發及應用乃時勢所趨。此類高性能鋼材採用熱機控制軋延 (TMCP) 製程,除具高降伏強度外,其韌性佳,含碳量較低,高可銲性,適用於工程結構物。本研究主要探討採用HT690高性能鋼銲接組立之H型鋼梁及箱型鋼柱之非彈性行為。本文首先進行高性能鋼銲接組立之鋼梁與柱之殘餘應力量測。而因高性能鋼材組立構件斷面尺寸可較傳統鋼材小而細薄,易產生局部挫屈,影響構件強度及韌性,因此控制局部挫屈之斷面寬厚比更為重要,本文乃再探討HT690高性能鋼材銲接組立H型鋼梁及箱型鋼柱之非彈性挫屈行為,經系列不同寬厚比之H型鋼梁試體撓曲破壞試驗及箱型短柱軸壓破壞試驗,建議採HT690鋼之鋼梁之寬厚比限制值各為pd = 130/ 、 p = 164/ 、 r = 280/ 箱型鋼柱之寬厚比限制值各為pd = 415/ 、 p = 480/ 。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the advancement of manufacturing technology in steel industrial and the requirement of engineering application, the development of high performance steel has gained substantial achievement in recent years. This type of steel is usually manufactured by Thermal-Mechanical Controlled Process, TMCP, and has higher strength, lower carbon content, better ductility and good weldability. This type of steel is usually classified as high performance steel and is suitable for engineering structures such as bridges and buildings. This reported research examined the inelastic behavior of steel beams and box columns fabricated from HT690 steel that manufactured by TMCP. The distribution and magnitude of residual stresses of welded steel beams and columns were examined. Since high performance steel usually possess higher strength and resulted with slender section, its behavior due to inelastic buckling are also examined. Based on these experimental studies, the criteria of width to thickness ratios for steel beams are pd = 130/ 、 p = 164/ 、 r = 280/ ,and pd = 415/ 、 p = 480/ for box columns using high-performance steel. |
