中文摘要 | 完全退漿的玻璃纖維織物本身並不能上色,需經偶合劑表面處理過玻璃纖維織物,始具有易與有機物反應的基團,可與染料產生結合。本研究係對不同偶合劑配方處理過的玻璃纖維織物,以三偶氮型、??型和含金染料等不同類型的酸性染料,採用弱酸性浴染色法進行浸染,探討其可染性、染色堅牢度等性質。由實驗結果可知:不同偶合劑對於玻璃纖維織物染色的染色堅牢度會有影響。所選用的染料的染色耐摩擦堅牢度可達四級以上,耐日光堅牢度則以含金染料較佳,濕潤堅牢度大都在三級以上。偶合劑以胺基矽烷偶合劑的染著量較佳。 |
英文摘要 | To dye the glass fabrics that had been desized wasn't easy. It must be treated with a coupling agent. Then, it would contain functional groups liable to react with organic substances. They could bond with a dye. We used acid dyes to dye the glass fabrics with different coupling agents. Their dyeing abilities and fastness would be investigated. We could get some experimental results as follows. The coupling agent would affect the dyeing abilities and fastness to dye the glass fabrics. The type of the acid dye should be selected to get an excellent fastness of resistance to abrasion. The dye containing chromophore could get a better light fastness. The wet fatness could be over grade 3. The amino silicone coupling agent was the best type to get a better dye exhaustion. |
