中文摘要 | 本研究主要係將Nomex短纖織物先經不同之溶劑預處理,再以不同導染劑添加於印 染糊中,並採用高溫蒸處之加工方式,對Nomex短纖織物行深色化印染加工。其中本實驗主 要係在經不同種類之純溶劑及溶劑╱水混和比例於80/20下預處理,再改變印染糊內之導染 劑的種類及用量,以探討加工後Nomex短纖織物其印染效果及強力與防燃性、柔軟度和耐光 牢度等物性之變化,並作一廣泛且深入之研究。由實驗結果顯示,經溶劑預處理及添加導染 劑確實可使短纖織物印花達深色化效果,其中以純溶劑DMF及鄰苯基苯酚及氯苯等導染劑之 效果較佳。除此,溶劑對織物強力有不良影響,但導染劑的添加將使印染糊滲入纖維中而導 致織物強力增加的現象;另,溶劑及導染劑對防燃性及染色堅牢度之影響不大,但對織物柔 軟度卻有不良影響。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the Nomex fabrics were pretreated with different solvents and printing with carriers using HTS process. The colorabilities and physical properties of Nomex fabrics pretreated with various solvents or mixture of solvent/water, and printed with carriers were researched. The experimental results, indicate that as Nomex fabrics pretreated with solvents and subsequently printed with carriers, it would make fabrics easy to be colourated and exhibited deep- dyeable properties, especially using N.N.Dimethylformamide(DMF) as solvent and O-phenylphenol as carrier will obtain the significant effectiveness. Besides, the solvent has disadvantage to the strength of treated fabrics, but the carriers in printing paste make the strength of colored fabrics increse. Others, using the process, the softness of printed fabrics will be decreased. The solvents and carriers have no significant influence on the flame resistance and colorfastness of the printing results. |
