中文摘要 | 化石燃料的燃燒,是現今天工加熱主要熱量提供的機制之一。當化石燃料燃燒時會衍生二氧化碳氣體的排放,進而造成溫室氣體問題;如能從高溫廢熱煙氣中有效的回收熱能便能大量減少燃料的耗用。同時,亦會因為燃料的減少使用,進而減少二氧化碳的排放。 本文將分兩部分,分別介紹蓄熱燃燒技術在工業加熱上的應用及其實務上的性能量測結果。性能量測是以盛鋼桶加熱的評估作案例,說明蓄熱燃燒技術在節能及二氧化碳發上的優異特性。 |
英文摘要 | Fossil fuel burning is one of methods to provide heat to industrial heating today. However, it would discharge CO2 and cause global warming issue as fossil fuel is fired. Energy recovery from high temperature exhausted gas implies to deduct the usage of fuel and to minimize CO2 emission. In this paper, we introduce the applications of regenerative combustion technology in industrial heating and show the accessed results which surveyed in job-site. Ladle preheating station is selected as an object of performance assessment in order to validate the technology advantages in energy saving and CO2 deduction. |
